The main purpose of the Account Manager is to win new business in the Surrey/London area as well as managing some existing clients.

You will report to the Sales Director and your main duties will be:
- Full client lifecycle management: upgrading, up-selling and cross selling new solutions
- Maintain and grow relationships with potential and current clients
- Assess and evaluate print management requirements, defining approach for new and existing clients
- Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective and existing customers
- Closing deals and deliver your KPI’s

The ideal candidate must have:
- At least 5 years sales/account management experience preferably within the MFD/Managed print industry
- Strong demonstrated face to face selling experience OR telesales / appointment booking experience
- The ability to develop long term relationships with clients
- Have the ability to run a 360-degree sales cycle from first contact through to closing the deal and overseeing a smooth implementation
- Have excellent verbal and face to face communication skills and be well presented
- Have full clean driving licence
- Knowledge of industry solutions would be of advantage to the successful candidate but are not necessary as all manufacturer training will be provided.

Sales Lead Generation Executive

Are you an enthusiastic and self-motivated person?
We are looking for a Sales Lead Generation Executive to join us on part-time basis and working from home. This is a highly autonomous role, you will need to be self-motivated, organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.

The Sales Lead Generation Executive plays an integral role in connecting with prospective clients.
You will be using multiple sales tools to identify, research and approach new clients, identifying qualified sales leads to be passed on to the sales team. Taking a quality over quantity approach, you will use one-to-one emails, social media and other approved mechanisms to support your calling. You will be responsible for entering and maintaining lead data into our customer relationship management database.

You posses excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills showing the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customer personality types. You are goal orientated and self-motivated, collaborate and work well with the team, are tenacious in approach and a quick learner. Telemarketing/telesales experience is preferred while IT selling/marketing experience is ideal but not essential.
This is not a call centre type role, we’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking with customers and uncovering new business opportunities.
