Marcus Decieco

Managing Director

One of the original founders of BAC, Marcus has been in the B2B Document solution industry for 26 years, and has been leading BAC’s growth and development as Managing Director for the past 17 years.
Marcus’s vision for BAC is founded on the belief that to succeed the company must provide state of the art technology coupled with unrivalled service levels to all its clients.

“We have set up a dedicated team around the BAC Way with a vision of business values and customer care, ensuring the growth of the business and customer base through new technology and opportunities”.

In his spare time, when he is not too busy with his family and two children, Marcus is a keen cyclist and golfer.

Trevor Musk

Sales Director

Trevor joined BAC in 2013 to support the company’s growth and development to build on and maintain a leading position in the market. Trevor has 22 years’ experience in the Document solutions industry, focusing on building strong relationships with customers and developing strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
“Account management at BAC means understanding our client’s Industry Sector and providing the best equipment and solutions to support their needs for growth. Innovation is at the core of our belief and BAC continues to drive the latest technologies incorporating Managed Print Services, Document Management and Cloud Solutions, setting new standards for its clients”
In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking, motor sport.

Emma Gibson

Office Manager

Emma has been at BAC for Ten years and has over 20 years office management experience, Emma has been involved in the implementation of new service management software and manages our administration and after sales support team.
Emma’s commitment to BAC has been an invaluable part of our growth and she is dedicated to our customer support.

Emma took part in a skydive to raise money for our chosen charity, Woking and Sam Beare Hospice.

Martyn Eyre

Senior Account Manager

Martyn has been in the Document Solution Industry for 26 years, working in both dealer and manufacturer environments. He has an extensive knowledge of the industry which encompasses Managed Print Services, Managed Document Solutions, Cloud Printing Services and 3D Print.

Martyn is a keen all-round musician – he composes and plays the drums, and also enjoys cooking.

Roger Marsh

Senior Service Technician

Roger joined BAC in 2011 as a Trainee Service Technician and has progressed through the BAC training program and has graduated within the KYOCERA Academy. Roger is responsible for all management print software and solution installations.
He also manages multi machine installations and fleet monitoring software.

In his spare time Roger enjoys mountain biking, playing football and golf. He also took part in the BAC charity skydive.

Ryan Huggins

Service Technician

Ryan has excelled since joining BAC in 2012 and has become a vital member of the team, he has progressed through the BAC training program and has graduated within the KYOCERA Academy. Ryan is responsible for key account customers field service and preventative maintenance, multi machine installations and servicing equipment.

Ryan also took part in the fundraising skydive, and in the rest of his spare time, he plays 5-a-side football.

Boyd Brown

IT Service Technician

Boyd is originally from Sydney, where he worked for KK Technical Services dealing with IT and software installation.
Now enjoying the slightly less sunny UK, Boyd is responsible for pre installation IT and network solutions. He has completed application and solution training at the Kyocera Academy.
In his spare time, he likes travelling, rock climbing and skydiving.

Emma Keywood

Credit Control

Emma joined BAC in March 2017 heading up our accounts department. Since joining, Emma has become an asset to the company, streamlining our processes and manages our accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting; ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Emma enjoys going to the theatre and has seen many shows, her all time favourite being Jersey Boys. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Roger Kennedy

Senior Account Manager

Roger joined the BAC team in 2017 bringing with him a wealth of experience, having been in our industry for 43 years.
Roger has seen the transition of standalone office copiers into fully integrated multifunctional devices which enable our clients to create a print network that uplifts productivity and ensures control of their print costs.
Roger’s core values and ethos have always put his client’s requirements and expectations first, resulting in strong, long lasting business relationships with his customers.
In his spare time, Roger enjoys walking and spending as much time with his family as possible.
