We have been working with BAC since 2007. The BAC service level goes beyond our expectation. I can’t recall any single event where they failed to provide us the top level of service. They completely understand our requirements and specially the importance of the service due to 24/7 operation at a number of our sites. They always introduce us to new technology which can be beneficial for us.

I give 10 out 10 for aftersales service and customer care from BAC without any hesitation. I will definitely recommend BAC knowing the extra levels they go to.

We find that from the moment we log an issue to resolution we are kept fully updated and the matter is dealt with well within the target SLA. The proactive maintenance and continual monitoring of the machine through its lifespan is excellent and as a result we find we have very little downtime with any of our solutions. We have three new Kyocera MFDs installed by BAC Office. The installation went very smoothly and exactly as planned. The machines are proving reliable and are liked by our users. We have only had to call an engineer once to date to help with a print configuration change and he responded really quickly and took the time to show users how to achieve what they wanted. All in all we are very happy with BAC Office and the MFDs.
