Dyslexia Action Case Study
Multi-functional printing solutions
About the client
Dyslexia Action is a national charity that provides support, assessments and tuition through national Learning Centres, online distance learning and in schools across the country. It also supports educators and employers by providing resources and training, leads research and campaigning to improve the lives of those affected by dyslexia.
Why did they need help?
The charity has 29 sites across the UK that were using old technology including standalone photocopiers, extra laser printers and various brands of equipment, Each site was ordering its own toner cartridges and consumables. Dyslexia Action had no idea of the overall costs of photocopying and printing, and device functionality was very limited.
Choosing to work with BAC
BAC have been working with Dyslexia Action for over 10 years. The charity asked us to implement a single finance agreement to cover all of their sites using one multi-function device that delivered copying, printing and scanning from a single manufacturer, and a single maintenance agreement to cover all machines and locations.
