About the client
Hasbro Inc. is an American multinational toy and games company and one of the largest toy makers in the world. Hasbro UK employs 450 people across two sites and is a BAC client, with plans in progress to roll out our solutions across Europe.
Why did they need help?
With two sites – in Stockley Park and Newport – Hasbro needed a managed print solution that solved their current problems with reliability and service. The solution needed to integrate smoothly with existing technology, and replace outdated print machines with the latest versions. In addition, Hasbro was looking for an environmentally-friendly solution, and one that helped them to control and ultimately reduce operating costs.
What did we do?
After taking the time to understand Hasbro’s particular needs, we recommended Kyocera devices for trouble-free printing and document workflow. The solution we designed allows for continuity of service even if one or more machines fails, and our after-sales service means any issues are resolved swiftly. Hasbro is also benefiting from increased print security through reliable authentication, something that has resulted in positive feedback from staff.
